Verification and Record Keeping:
Verification is important just like scientific reasons. Verify all the procedures and check whether the products reach the FSMA Compliance before you start processing it. Be sure your plan meet the guidelines. Verifying that your solution is working meeting the FSMA rules, and the other parameters are operating properly is critical to a successful plan.
Finally make sure you have the records like names of the transporter’s immediate source, subsequent receipts, origin and destination points, dates of shipments received and released, route movements during the transportation of the truck inside the US or entering the US, etc., At least 1 year history of the monitoring parameters should be stored according to the new FSMA rules.
