tempCube Subscription policy
tempCube Cellular:
- Your subscription plan begins on the purchase date.
- Pricing may depend on the number of devices registered in account.
- Plans automatically renew either monthly or yearly from the purchase date.
For example, if you subscribe to the yearly plan on January 10th, 2024, your plan will automatically renew on January 10th, 2025, and continue to renew yearly until canceled.
- To cancel a single device subscription, it must be done within 7 days of the activation date. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made more than 7 days after the renewal date.
- If you cancel a yearly plan within 7 days of the renewal date, you will receive a prorated refund. For instance, if you've used the plan for 3 days and canceled within the 7 days prior to renewal, your refund will be adjusted by deducting the charges for those 3 days.
- For monthly plans, there are no refunds, but cancellation will take effect at the next renewal.

tempCube Wi-Fi :

Basic functionality with limited features, supporting a certain number of devices without additional cost.
tempCube sensor is only eligible for the no-subscription plan. - Under this plan, up to three devices can utilize the given features. If more than three devices are added, it will automatically switch to the Pro plan.
- If any Pro device is added to the same sensor-registered account, the account will automatically change to a Pro account.
- To enjoy additional benefits, sensor devices can also activate the Pro subscription to access more features.
Pro Subscription:
- Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial, which begins from the activation of the first device.
- Pricing may depend on the number of devices registered in account.
- Plans automatically renew either monthly or yearly from the purchase date.
For example, if you subscribe to the yearly plan on January 10th, 2024, your plan will automatically renew on January 10th, 2025, and continue to renew yearly until canceled.
- Pro plans are no refunds, but cancellation will take effect at the next renewal for both monthly or yearly.
