Subscription Policy

Yearly Plan - Terms & Conditions:

  • Your Yearly plan starts from your plan purchase date.
  • Yearly plans will renew automatically every year on the plan purchase date.
  • For example, if you subscribe to the Yearly plan on January 10th, your plan will automatically renew every January 10th thereafter until canceled.
  • If you cancel a Yearly Plan within 7 days of the renewal date, you will be eligible for a full refund minus the $10 administrative fee.
  • No refunds shall be provided if the plan is canceled after 7 days from the renewal date.

Monthly Plan Terms & Conditions:

  • Your Monthly plan starts from your plan purchase date.
  • Monthly plans will renew automatically every month from the plan purchase date.
  • For example, if you subscribe to your plan on April 10th 2022, your plan will automatically renew on May 10th 2022, and every month after that until canceled.
  • There will be no refunds for the plan cancellation.
  • When returning the device with the monthly plan, only the device is eligible for the refund, while the plan is not.
  • Returning the device with the monthly plan will not be eligible for a refund of the subscription.
